Regular Time or Full Time
When placing a bet, it is important to note that unless otherwise listed in conjunction with the bet offer or in the Sport Specific rules, all bets will be considered valid for the result at the end of the ‘Regular Time’ or ‘Full Time’ only. The definition of ‘Regular Time’ or ‘Full time’ is determined by the official rules published by the respective governing association. For example, the regulation time for a football game is stipulated to be 90 minutes, including injury time, but excluding extra time or penalties.
Live or In-Play Betting
‘Live’ or ‘In-Play’ betting refers to the ability to place a bet during an ongoing match or event. It is important to note that we do not acknowledge or accept any liability if it is not possible to place a bet or cash out a bet, or if the live score update is not correct. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the match/events and situations surrounding it such as the current score, its progression, and how much time remains before the match/event is completed. We do not accept any liability for changes to the live betting schedule or interruption of the live betting service.
Please Note: Players should be aware that our systems enable us to implement a delay to bet placement on a player-by-player basis where we feel that a player has more up-to-date information or a faster internet connection.
Dates & Times
The deadline (cut-off time) shown on the website is for information purposes only. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to suspend, partially or completely, the betting activity at any time where we deem it necessary. It is important to note that all bets must be placed before the deadline, and we will not accept any bets after the cut-off time.
Stats & Form
Statistics or editorial text published on our sports betting site are to be considered as added information, but we do not acknowledge or accept any liability if the information is not correct. At all times, it is the player’s responsibility to be aware of the circumstances relating to an event and to make informed decisions based on this information.
On some events, we may display a score for that event, team lists, or other pertinent information such as yellow cards, red cards, and so on. It is important to note that in all instances, these displays are indicative only, and customers should not rely on such information to place a bet. We will accept no responsibility for bets placed on their basis.

Multipliers Boost and Enhanced Multiples
An odds increase is a type of bet you can place with us that usually includes a better price for multiple teams/players/fighters to win their event on a given day. Bet packs or Enhanced Multiples are usually priced higher than the combined coupon price of the same selections, but sometimes (due to price changes) this is not the case. Withdrawals are not available for advanced multipliers or advanced multipliers. If one or more Odds Boost or Enhanced Multiple bets are canceled or postponed, the selection will be treated as a non-participant in accordance with our rules and bets will be settled based on the combined final coupon prices. 10% price improvement on the remaining leg/legs.
This section outlines the guidelines for bet acceptance on the platform. A bet is only considered valid once it has been validated and appears in the player's bet history. If there is any uncertainty about the validity of a bet, the player should check their open (pending) bets or contact customer support for clarification.
Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless it was accepted in error. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that the details of the bet are correct, and the platform will not accept responsibility for any mistakes made as a result of errors or incorrect listing of odds/betting objects.
In the event of a dispute about the acceptance of a transaction in the player's account, the transaction log database will be the final authority in resolving the matter. It is important for players to familiarize themselves with these guidelines to avoid any potential issues with their bets.
Results and Bet Settlements
According to the information provided, bets on sports are settled based on the official result published by the governing body immediately following the conclusion of the event. This result is final and any subsequent correction or amendment will not apply for settlement purposes. However, if more than one winner is specified in an event, a dead heat reduction may be applied, and individual sports have their own settlement rules. It is important to note that bets are always settled at fractional odds, and if customers choose to display the odds as decimals, they will be rounded to two decimal places, which may cause a slight difference from the true fractional odds.
As a betting company, it is important to ensure the integrity of the betting process, and one way of doing so is by monitoring any suspicious betting activities. Suspicious betting refers to instances where a single or a number of bets have been placed under suspicious circumstances.
There are several scenarios that can be categorized as suspicious betting. First, we look for an excessive frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of bets placed on the same selection(s) within a short period of time. This pattern is compared with the betting norms to identify any irregularities.
Another scenario that raises suspicion is when there is an excessive frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of bets placed on the same selection(s), and the theoretical probability of said selection(s) winning at the time of bet(s) placement, based on the odds offered, is largely inconsistent with the theoretical probability of the same selection(s) winning calculated using their starting prices.
The integrity of one or more events can also be called into question, especially when one or more of the participants in an event displays exceptional form that was known to the bettor or someone connected to them at the time the bet was placed. This information was concealed from the public to gain an unfair advantage in any bets placed on that event(s).
We also look for instances where a bet or a string of connected bets were not placed manually but robotically or by automated means, or otherwise than through the account holder placing each bet manually via their account. This is important because such activities can distort the betting process and give unfair advantages to some players.
Another suspicious betting scenario is when we reasonably believe the bettor has used unfair external factors or influences connected with the event(s) subject to any bet(s). This includes insider information or any other information that gives an unfair advantage to the bettor.
Finally, we also monitor instances where the bettor has opened duplicate accounts, or where second or subsequent accounts are under common control with their account with a view to concealing the true worth, nature or pattern of bets placed by them or on their behalf. This is applicable even if second or subsequent accounts are opened under different names.
In conclusion, as a betting company, we are committed to ensuring the integrity of the betting process, and we will continue to monitor any suspicious betting activities to maintain a fair and transparent betting environment for all our customers.
Prize Payment Procedure
Once the outcome of an event or a market has been identified, all wagers are finalized right away. Any rewards (winnings) that are owed to customers will be automatically deposited into their accounts, where they can decide to take out the funds or place more bets.
With the cash out option, you can increase your bet before the market closes for your chosen selection. This can be either a profit or a loss on the original bet. Our acceptance is dependent on you being able to redeem the bet with the refund amount offered via the cashout button on your bet slip. If your withdrawal request is successful, your bet will be settled immediately and the fund will be returned to your account equal to the payout option on your bet slip. This bet will be settled and any subsequent results, whether for or against you, will not affect the refund. Withdrawals are available both pre-event and in-game for single and multiple bets on any sport with a payout option. Your withdrawal request is not guaranteed and may fail if, for example, the market breaks or the odds change before your request is processed. We reserve the right to suspend or disable the cancellation feature at any time and its availability cannot always be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel a payout if a bet or market is incorrectly settled (eg human or technical error). Sometimes the Cash Out offered is higher than the maximum payout limit applicable to the bet. This is because maximum payment limits are applied retroactively. In such event, if a bet is paid out in an amount greater than the applicable maximum payout, we reserve the right to adjust the payout amount to match the correct applicable limit. No successfully placed bet entitles to a refund, free bet, increased odds or other special offers. If a game is stopped or suspended, we reserve the right to void the redemption portion of any payout bet if we believe it has been used to take advantage of the following individual sporting event rules.
If a bet is void, it will be settled at odds of 1.00. A bet placed as a collection bet will stand even if the match or event included in the collection bet is cancelled. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel a prediction in whole or in part if an obvious error or forgery is found. Bets can be voided regardless of whether the event is settled or not. In addition, all bets placed (and/or accepted) in the following circumstances will be void: Pregame betting Betting takes place after the start of the event The betting took place after the relevant event occurred and the circumstances could have been directly and indisputably changed Live or in-game bets A bet placed at an incorrect price due to a delayed or failed "Live"; Betting on certain offers after they have taken place or otherwise after an event has taken place or will take place which can normally be regarded as leading to a result (eg bets placed on offers such as total goals scored or the next goal during a penalty or award) A bet is placed on a conflict that represents a different point than the actual outcome at the time the bet is placed.
Cancellation of Sporting Events
The cancellation policy and how it affects your bets depends on the sport you are betting on. You can get more information by selecting the desired sport from the right menu.
Multiple bets will not be accepted if the outcome of one event affects the outcome of another in whole or in part. Incorrectly accepted bets will be settled at a special price (set by us) to ensure that all outcomes are successful. For example: Manchester United win 50 matches, Chelsea 1-0 in FA Cup semi-final at 8.5 and Manchester United reach the final, 50 bets are settled at 8.5 (if they win 1-0 they are in the final). Similarly, if multiple bets are placed on one team to win multiple events at individual prices (eg Manchester United to win the Premier League and FA Cup), we reserve the right to void such bets or place them at a special price.

However, we reserve the right to void bets if we believe a change in venue has significantly affected betting on that game.
